Understanding the dashboard

What the dashboard answers

The dashboard answers the daily operating question: where do we have booked demand, where is cancellation risk high, and where does Auctores recommend opening extra availability?

Use it for day-by-day review.
Use the date filters to focus on the period your team is managing.

Full-property view

The full-property chart aggregates the hotel. It compares projected occupancy, in-house occupancy, at-risk occupancy, free capacity, excluded capacity, suggested overbooking, and override markers.

Suggested overbooking is the recommended extra room count for the date.
At-risk occupancy helps explain why the recommendation exists.
Override markers show where a manual decision replaces the normal recommendation.
Use the action-history download when you need to audit PMS availability writes.
